Your Booster Pack is a free gift from Death to Stock Limited (DTS, we, us). These terms cover everything in it. By opening your pack you accept them.

  1. 1. Photos and video.

    You may use them in commercial projects that launch within 6 months of the date you received your pack email (the launch window). A project that launches inside the launch window may keep using them for as long as that project exists. After the launch window, you need an active DTS membership to start new projects with them. If you are not sure of your date, use the date on your pack email.

  2. 2. What counts as a launch.

    A project is one campaign, site, product or piece of work. It launches when it is first made public or delivered to a client. Using a photo in a new project is a new launch, even if you used it before. Light edits to a launched project are fine.

  3. 3. Fonts and vectors.

    No time limit. Use them in personal or commercial work for as long as you like, under the other rules here.

  4. 4. Credit.

    Credit Death to Stock when you post our photos on social media. Elsewhere, credit is welcome but not required.

  5. 5. Not allowed.

    • Reselling, sharing or redistributing the files themselves, including in templates, stock libraries or file-sharing.
    • Using any of the items to make products to sell, at any time, such as prints, posters, merch or phone cases.
    • Using the items as a trademark or logo.
    • Any use with AI. Do not train, fine-tune or test a model with the items, upload them into an AI tool, or use them as input or reference for AI-generated work.
    • Implying that DTS or anyone in the photos endorses you.
    • Unlawful, defamatory or hateful use.

  6. 6. Yours alone.

    This licence is personal to you and cannot be transferred. You may use the items in work you make for clients, but clients receive the finished work only, never the files.

  7. 7. Other items.

    Merch, behind-the-scenes access and items from other makers may have their own conditions. Follow them.

  8. 8. Changes.

    We can change these terms at any time. The latest version is at dtsclaim.com, and older versions stay available there.

  9. 9. Ending your licence.

    If you break these terms, we can end your licence and you must stop using the items.

  10. 10. Fine print.

    Items are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, DTS is not liable for losses from using them. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Questions: squad@deathtothestockphoto.com
